Tambien me gustan mucho los actos que organiza la
Mies van der Rohe Society Illinois Institute of Technology
Celebrate Mies' 126th
Birthday
Join us on March 27, 2012
at 6 p.m. in S.R. Crown Hall to celebrate Mies' 126th birthday and his
influence on Vidal Sassoon - for the shear fun of it! In the mid-twentieth
century, Mies changed architecture when he designed buildings for structure and
simplicity. Little did he know his functional approach would inspire iconic
haircuts— proving more can be done with Mies’ approach to “less.”
There will be prizes, surprises and of course, martinis. Limited edition
Mies-inspired prints will also be available. Admission is $50.00 and can be
purchased here. Register by Thursday, March 22nd, 2012.
Free parking is available
in lot D1 on 33rd and State Street
¡¡¡quien pudiera!!! premios sorpresas y por supuesto MARTINIS , parking gratuito ¡¡ animaros!!!
